Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Hakuna Matata Adventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the tour date. Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

4. Tour Modifications

Hakuna Matata Adventures reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives.

5. Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that adventure activities involve inherent risks. By booking with us, you agree to assume all risks associated with the activities and release Hakuna Matata Adventures from liability for injuries, damages, or losses.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations.

7. Health Requirements

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in tour activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose health may be at risk.

8. Photography

Hakuna Matata Adventures may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use these images in our marketing materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
